The Singleton of Auchroisk 1975 (40%, +/-1992) 5cl

Colour: Pale gold. Nose: Caramel, oranges, malt, grass and honey.

Mouth: Easy, malty, honeyed and nutty. Rather light body. Gets a tad meatier after a while (beef jerky).

Finish: Shortish, a little meaty and honeyed. Orange zests.
