The Big Top Zinfandel - California - 2021

Fruit sourced from old vines in the warm Lodi region in central California. This wine is 100% Zinfandel, matured to maximize freshness by holding it for one year in stainless steel. It then sees some American oak aging for around a month to soften prior to bottling. This matures the wine yet preserves the fruit. The result is a full-bodied wine with soft tannin and rich mouth feel. Classic Zinfandel notes of berry, tea and plum combine with soft smoky tones. Ideal with rich dishes such as stews or grilled meats. New vintage now in stock.
