Talisker Skye 45.8% Abv

Colour: Gold. 

Nose: Slightly gingery, caramel shortbread, pepper, perhaps a few lemon cough drops. 

Mouth: Sooty and a slight smokiness, more gingery warmth, ana dose of caramel 

Finish: Medium, sweet ginger ale, digestive biscuits, damp hessian and  dark grains
