Talisker 10 year old (45.8%, OB, +/- 2011)

Colour: Gold.

Nose: This peatiness that’s less ‘in your face’ than others and yet it’s big and assertive whisky. Soot, ashes, smoke, brine and seaweed.

Mouth: Excellent, smoky and very briny, with a citrusy background.

Finish: Medium long but very compact, very precise, chiselled… Lovely. Perfect lemony/salty
aftertaste.
