From 'Scott Farms' sweet potatoes in the USofA and the 'Sweet Potato Spirit Company' comes this new product - a copper pot distilled rum naturally flavoured with a secret blend of ingredients. There are waves of ginger, treacle and lemon blossom on the nose and palate. Why not avoid the heat and mix two parts of ginger beer to one part rum and adding a chunk of fresh cut lime (Dark and Stormy).
