Ernst Bretz Bechtolsheimer Petersburg Spätburgunder Rosé Eiswein (37.5cl) 2012

A special Eiswein made with the spätburgunder grape. The often very pronounced acids of Eiswein are nicely blended with the fruit. The result is a luscious combination of fruit including: apricot, figs and cherries on the palate. The nose is a perfume-y delight and at 6.5% ABV a lighter way to enjoy dessert wine.
