Pineau de Charentes - Ch. de Montifaud - Blanc 18% (70cl)

Pineau is a great alternative to dry Sherry as a pre diner drink, or on its own with a bowl of nuts. It is produced by blending lighter white wines with white Cognac. Composed of 80% "Colombard" and 20% "Ugni blanc". The Ugni has fineness, elegance and a little acidity. The Colombard has persistence and a fruity taste. Delicate, fresh, fruity with notes of white flowers, honey and vanilla.
