Colour: Full gold.

Nose: Walnuts, apple peel, light mustard, liquorice, a little wood smoke, tobacco, barbecue sauce (Tennessee style)…

Mouth: Notes of some sweet beers and ciders. It gained roundness and easiness.Nice notes of pear too...

Finish: Medium, slightly honeyed. Honeyed apple pie.

Comments: A very good one. No quibbles.
