NV Zuleta 70cl Pedro Ximenez Sherry

Glossy dark mahogany colour, with strongly reminiscent aromas of raisins, also highlighting licorice, coffee and christmas pudding in a glass. It is very soft, warm and sweet in the mouth, with an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness.

Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Delgado Zuleta is produced from sun-dried grapes, intense, sweet and delicious with dried fruit, prune and toffee flavours on the palate. Chill and pair with dark chocolate, Florentine galette and blue cheeses.

Delgado-Zuleta are one of the oldest surviving family run businesses in Sanlucar having started in 1744 and they are dedicated to producing a quality product which, while it maintains their tradition of using the best materials and value for money also takes into account modern vinification and production methods, enables this old firm to still be at the forefront of Sherry production today.

Having produced sherry for more than two and a half centuries since 1744, Delgado Zuleta is the oldest family-owned winery in the Jerez and Manzanilla districts. It is located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a small coastal town at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river.
