NV Raimat Brut Nature Cava Spain

Dry, crisp and refreshing this cava from an award winning Catalonian producer is really delicious.

Colour is very pale lemon - like water you've soaked a lemon in!

The bouquet is generous: lemon zest, melon and toasted almonds.

The palate is alive with the fruit and good consistent small bubbles.

Brilliance. A semi-intense yellow straw colour with greenish hues. Fresh grapefruit aromas with floral notes overlain with sweet creamy aromas. A taste of fresh grapefruit which gives it liveliness; melon and notes of ripe cherry. Creaminess derived from its contact with the yeasts. A clean finish and a lingering citrus acidity.
