Cavicchioli from 1928 cultivates with love the varieties along the 90 hectares of vineyards, placing a particular focus on the Sorbara variety. This Spumante Rosé Extra Dry, fresh, fragrant and without too many claims, a bubble ideal for pleasant moments of leisure!

Pale pink with coppery hues and subtle effervescence, it has a gentle nose that smells like rose, wild strawberries and raspberries. The taste is lively, merry and very fair, well-marked with a distinct freshness and flavour but firm on the profile of softness, with a dry finish that leaves a slight note of sugar candy.
