Colour: White wine. Nose: Minerals, lemon skin, also some mashed potatoes, Then a little smoky humus and dried mushrooms. Some dill and fennel too.

Mouth ; Lime juice, grass, and wax. Citrus peel and green pepper. This is Impeccably dry.

Finish: Long, very dry, and grassy.
