Ernst Bretz Regent Rotwein Qba 2022

Aromas of ripe red berries, blackberries, elderberries, earthy, spicy underlaid. Silky, fruity flavours very nice balance of sweetness and acidity. Ideal with cheeses, desserts or another glass - due to the lower ABV at 8.5%.

Regent is a newcomer variety (1996!) and produces some interesting wines that show the heritage of German white with French red (Silvaner x Chambourcin). It will even grow well in the UK! The '20 is now in!
