Drambuie - Whisky Liqueur - 40% (70cl)

Remember the gift of the Prince... A taste of the extraordinary. This Scottish whisky based liqueur has a fantastic heritage from Bonnie Prince Charlie (1746). After Culloden, the Prince was assisted in his escape from the Isle of Skye (Inner Hebrides) by the clan MacKinnon; for payment, the Prince gave the clan his personal liqueur recipe, which has become known as 'Drambuie', from the Gaelic "an dram buidheach" [drink that satisfies]. Mix with ginger ale, mint and lemonade for a long drink; or just add whisky and ice for the classic Prohibition style Rat Pack "Rusty Nail". The base whiskies are Speyside and Highland Malts.
