Silky smooth tannins and ripe blue and mulberry fruit. A distinct floral edge to the nose and palate - violets and iris. Aged to perfection. Ideal with Mediterranean food, game or soft cheeses.

A limited bottling of miniscule production, it offers throbbing blackberry and cassis flavors edged by delicate seams of smoke, vanilla and crushed ore.
