From San Martin in Mendoza comes this intriguing dark and rich blend of: 40% Malbec; 35% Bonarda (originally from N. Italy and known as the 'crow') and 25% Ancellotta (also from N. Italy; Emilia-Romagna). "Seductive, discreet, expressive, astonishing. The splendour of the Black Raven. Deep, inky purple colour with thick tears on the glass. It has an attractive, savoury nose of spicy plummy fruit and berries, with notes of vanilla. It leads to a palate that is dense, savoury and structured. There’s plenty of forwarding red berry, cherry and plum fruit, as well as an integrated oak. New line. Please come in to try!
