1991 Auchentoshan 12 Year Old Coopers Choice Lowland Malt

Colour: White wine.

Nose: Some superb grainy and yeasty notes (high quality porridge), very fresh, pure and clean. Just superb in its one style, extremely satisfying.

Mouth: Sweet and again these most enjoyable notes of porridge and muesli, mixed with lemon juice and violet candies. Not monstrously complex but really excellent.
