Ageing several years in roux cask and then in old cask. Amber-coloured. Fruity aromas (plum, apricot) mixed in a cocoa note which stays through onto the palate. A big mouthfeel, with a mellow taste, finesse and complexity. Long length on the palate, which evolves to spicy flavours. From Jarnac.
