Dry, delicate and slightly aromatic Cavicchioli Pignoletto 1928 Modena is a versatile wine that pairs beautifully with all meals, or just have it as an aperitif.

Light straw yellow in colour, the pour displays a creamy white crystalline foam with fine, persistent perlage.

The nose has aromatic nuances of white flowers and jasmine, whilst the palate is dry and soft with a long finish of floral sensations.

Although this will pair with pretty much anything, it is ideal as an aperitif, with risotto, tortellini or fish dishes.
