Bullace Liqueur
Bullace Liqueur
If you are a Sloe Gin drinker, then we urge you to try Wild Bullace Liqueur. It has a Damson like fruity taste, with a very slight bitter twist and pleasant dryness to it, similar to that of a Sloe Gin. This is a very unique tasting and rare liqueur, one for the collector!
How is it best drunk?
Its subtle sweetness and dry twist make it good with crushed ice.
How is this made?
Wild Bullace is a little known, naturally occurring, British hedgerow fruit that belongs to the plum family. Our Wild Bullace Liqueur is made by infusing the fruit in a London Gin with some sugar for about 12 months. Bullace does not grow in any reasonable number , making this a once in a blue moon liqueur! It will certainly be one for the more savy liqueur drinker or cocktail connoisseur, and will delight Sloe Gin fans.
