Dried figs, ripe plums, juicy raisins, and homemade caramel pudding. Creamy vanilla, cinnamon, and almond milk, with hints of tropical fruits and citrus.

Flavor: Full-bodied, rich, and decadent. Dried fruits like raisins and figs lead the way, followed by white pepper, leather, and some oaky astringency. The sherry casks influence is evident and well-integrated. Smooth and velvety, with a rich mouthfeel.

Finish: Long and satisfying, with assorted dried fruits, mild oakiness, and a slowly drying character. Green notes of tomato vine and cucumber right at the end.
