Bissinger & Co. Brut Champagne Rose

A very light salmon color with brightness. This wine is quite busy in the glass with tiny bubbles rising from everywhere. It really is a brilliant display!

On the nose, it has a fresh, baked white bread, yeasty character with dried red cherry in the background.

Dried red cherries on the palate with pleasing effervescence. It is quite dry and is medium bodied.
