2020 Le C du Chai Cuvée Noble 70cl

This wine offers a lovely balance of white and yellow fruit with ripe citrus peel. It also has spicy, waxy notes and a long, rich finish.

Botrytised or nobly rotten grapes make the world’s finest (and most expensive) sweet wines. Here, however, this golden white is totally dry, yet still complex, with rich, honeyed, citrusy fruit. A most elegant creation from JMS and team at Le Chai.
