2019 Soave Casa Vinicola DOC Veneto Italy White

A classic, harmonious and intense wine, it is made from Garganega grapes from the Soave Classico area, a hilly zone capable of expressing itself with wines of extraordinary finesse. Vinified in stainless steel, this Soave presents itself in the glass with a beautiful bright straw yellow colour. The aromas are delicate and pleasant. They are reminiscent of wild flowers, camomile, elderflower and iris. On the palate, on the other hand, it is richly mineral, with an almond aftertaste, typical of Garganega Classica. Easy to pair, it is a satisfying accompaniment to any meal, from aperitifs to main courses of white meat or fish.
