Classically cool climate - jasmine blossom and river stones are intertwined with a familiar note of freshly

baked brioche. This Chardonnay retains freshness while moving across the palate with elegance.

Naturally this chardonnay has classic notes – white lilies, garden herbs and the now more familiar note of

 home baking. However, it’s the harmony and unity that define its greatness. While still young, already has

 an elegant mouthfeel which will continue to develop. This curvature is kept structured with a gentle 

backbone of acidity.

This is really driven by acidity, with bright and clear lemon, apple and stone aromas and flavors

Medium-bodied with a tight and dense palate. Long finish. Really complex and flavorful at the end.
