2019 Les Vaillons 1er Chablis Jean Bouchard

Medium bodied, dry and almost unoaked (just 10-15% barrel aged). Brilliant straw yellow in colour. Typical nose of white blossom. Nice density with citrus prominent on the palate alongside notes of tree fruit and a smooth, mineral, lasting finish with notes of honeysuckle.

This Chablis sells for €35+ in France and is hard to find in the UK.
