The wine is flavourful and unforgettable. The grapes are from selected spots in our best vineyard blocks. Wine is vinified in smaller quantities to enhance the complexity of the wine. 

The misty, cool climate conditions develop the Merlot’s unique character, displaying notes of mint and red cherry.
