The Amarone of the “Il Bosco” vineyard is only made when the grapes are perfectly healthy and come from a superior quality vintage crop. The single Il Bosco Vineyard is a small area where the grapevines are more then 18 years old. Therefore, a first selection naturally takes place of a certain quantity, all to the advantage of quality. This Amarone in numbered bottles is an outstanding wine that is perfect for important, elegant meals serving red meat and wild game dishes. It is a precious companion for after-dinner meditations.

From the heart of Valpolicella Classico, mainly produced with Corvina and a small part of Rondinella. Intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with the characteristic set of intensive fruity flavor with dominant plum and blackberry, cherry, spices, cocoa, leather and tobacco. On the palate well structured with simple tannins and deep, rich, concentrated flavors of raspberry, mocha, some spices and chocolate. Nice long finish. Not too heavy, rather smooth and elegant instead.
