Nose: Dried fermented mandarin skins, liquorice, menthol, aniseed and pinewood

Mouth: Dry and oaky, black tea and ultra-black chocolate, but oranges both bitter and regular are bailing out in the background.

Finish: Oranges, olive oil and honey ,oak and cocoa
