Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh and fruity with hints of apple candy, lime, and vanilla. There’s a touch of freshly cut grass and malt, along with very gentle spices.

Taste: Notes of apple, pear, vanilla, oak, and light spices. 

Finish: Vanilla, pear, apple, caramel, and a subtle whiff of smoke.

This Knappogue Castle 1993 is a smooth and light Irish whiskey, with a pale straw color. It might not suit all palates, but at its bargain price, it’s worth a try if you come across a bottle. Sláinte!
