Colour: Gold.

Nose: Golden syrup on soda bread. This familiar feeling of honeyed sweetness, soft bready notes adding some richness and then cereals, beers, wet grains and dried flowers. Soft and easy.

Mouth: Some nice notes of herbal teas, flower honey, white bread and muesli.

Finish: Medium, some biscuity sweetness, digestives dunked in Darjeeling tea with sugar and then a little herbal bitterness in the aftertaste.
