Appearance: Clear, coppery golden hue.
Aroma: Vibrant notes of cider apple and stewed apple complemented by hints of vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon spice. You might also pick up faint grassy, floral undertones and a touch of oak.
Taste: Great balance of sweet and tangy apple flavors. The prominent apple taste is complemented by mild oak tannins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of black pepper spice.
Finish: Dry, oaky finish with lingering stewed apple and nuttiness.
