Nose:- Soft honey and caramel notes. Hints of dried fruits (raisins, apricots). Light malt and vanilla. Gentle oak with a touch of spice

Palate:- Smooth and mellow with a medium body. Sweet honey and toffee flavors. Subtle smoke (if any). A bit of black pepper and nutmeg spice. Slightly dry oakiness with a malty backbone.

Finish:- Medium length. Warming with lingering vanilla and spice. Slightly dry with hints of wood and citrus.
