1980s BushMills Miniature Collection
2 x 1980’s Bushmills 10 Year Old Malt 5cl
Colour: Gold.
Nose: Very expressive at first nosing, starting on the usual bananas and rum notes. Goes on with very ripe strawberries, notes of kirsch and mirabelle plums and eau-de-vie.
Mouth: Creamy, almost thick, starting on apricot pie and honey and developing on lots of different fruit jams as well as a little white pepper and hints of clove. Ah, yes, also ripe bananas of course.
Medium-long finish, with strawberry jam and quite a lot of cinnamon. A style of its own, very drinkable.
2 x 1980s Old Bushmills White Label 5cl
Colour: Pale gold.
Nose: Nicely grainy and nutty, with lots of freshness, developing on the trademark banana notes as well as a little apple and grape juice. Also a little toasted cake, hints of mastic and a very faint smokiness. Very inoffensive, round and ultra-clean.
Mouth: Fruity, direct, cereally and again very fruity. We have mostly bananas, dried pears, coconuts and cornflakes. Not weak at all, with a finish that’s medium long, still very fruity and also slightly caramelly.
2 x 1980s Bushmills Black Bush Special Old Blended Irish Whisky 5cl

Nose: Grainy, but also more influenced by the wood, with quite some vanilla and a little coffee. Slight hints of roasted nuts, rum, cake...
