Colour: Gold.

Nose: Notes of sherry  and smoke. Herbal and buttery. 

Mouth:  Sherried , olive oil. Elegant. lLquorice sticks, very nutty, cereally  and burnt caramel.

Finish: Medium long, with oranges and oak.  Funnily fat and dry at the same time.
