Tasting Notes:

Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Spectacular nose with nice old wood and mild peat. Smells like a candle burning, a mix of ashes and wax. Notes of apple juice, with a little lemon and cinnamon thrown in. Also a little malt and orange juice. 

Taste: Light body, herbal, and salty. The more apple and orange juice.

Finish: The finish is quite long and soft, pleasantly honeyed and orangey.
